Trent Newcomer, DVM I grew up in the Kansas City area and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I then worked and traveled extensively around the world before eventually returning to Colorado and earning my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. I became the proud owner of Front Range Veterinary Clinic in 2009. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, but have particularly strong interests in internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy cycling/mountain biking, skiing, camping, traveling, and reading. |

Jill Weich, DVM I was born and raised in the Chicago area. In 1996 I moved to Fort Collins to attend CSU where I earned my bachelors in Biology and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. After school I practiced in northern Indiana for 3 years before moving back to Fort Collins. I have been at Front Range for just over 2 years and love the clients and the staff here. My special interests are soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and dermatology. I have 3 pets – Mavik the dog, and Twix and Skittles my 2 cats. When I’m not being a veterinarian I enjoy downhill skiing, mountain biking, running, and spending time with my family. Check back soon for photo |
Patty Burdick, Office Manager Customer Service has always been important to me and I try to treat all clients as I expect to be treated. I enjoy the people I work with, as we are a very diverse group. One thing you will hear at Front Range Veterinary Clinic is laughter, because we truly love our jobs. I have been married to Steve for 31 years and we have two sons. One lives in Colorado, and the youngest lives in Washington State. We have 3 dogs (2 Golden Retrievers and a Lab Mix). I am passionate about cooking. Forget the 30 minute meals! I enjoy taking care of all things house-related: pets, garden, rose beds, etc. I also enjoy camping, fishing, and warm-weather vacations. |
Matt Hodson, Veterinary Assistant I grew up in California and moved to Colorado in 2001. Soon thereafter, at the age of 12, I started volunteering at Front Range Veterinary Clinic. A few years later, I realized that I wanted to make it a career and I am currently attending Front Range Community College in pursuit of a degree in Veterinary Technology. I love the challenges of working in a veterinary clinic and all of the interesting cases we see. I look forward to providing the best service possible to all of our clients and patients. |
